THERMOFORM TOPS

One of the biggest benefits of Thermoform tops is the fact that they are so versatile.  The MDF panels that the vinyl is attached to can be designed to a number of profiles, from simple flat surface to a raised edge to prevent spillages.  The vinyl itself comes in a large range of colours including solid and wood grain colours and the finish can be smooth, textured or even gloss.

Another reason why Thermofrom tops are such a great choice for hospitals and aged care facilities is that they are both durable and low maintenance, which is what you want of any materials that you use in such a high traffic area.  Thermoform tops are scratch resistant and they won’t chip.  As well, they also seal out moisture, so you don’t have to worry about the top warping or swelling.  Thermoform tops also need nearly no maintenance at all, just wipe them clean.
